Hi

I found a link on NRAS website for benefitshelpline. However I looked on their page and it doesnt say their services are free in fact there terms and conditions mention a contract valid for year and then further on mention payment. Has anyone used their services I attach the link to their website.

Regards

Hi Mari,

This site looks like it's DEFINITELY a private company selling an advice service. I should imagine you'd be able to get plenty of free advice from places like the Citizen's Advice Bureau, direct.gov or some of the other charities that deal with the disabled and aged.

Good luck with it

Definitely one to steer clear of IMO, when there's plenty of free advice out there.
